Welcome, I’m Giota

I’m an Energy Healing Practitioner and Reiki Teacher based on the island of Paros, Greece, working with clients from all around the world through deeply personalized online sessions.

My work is centered around emotional healing, energetic balance, and helping people reconnect with themselves during periods of emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, inner confusion, or major life transitions.

Over the years, I’ve guided clients through experiences such as emotional exhaustion, anxious attachment, heartbreak, burnout, loss of direction, and disconnection from their sense of self. My approach combines energy work, intuitive guidance, and emotional awareness in a grounded, supportive, and deeply personal way.

Every session is tailored to the individual. I don’t believe in rigid formulas or one-size-fits-all healing. I believe that when people feel emotionally safe, understood, and energetically supported, real transformation becomes possible.

My work is gentle, intuitive, and deeply focused on helping you return to a calmer, more empowered version of yourself.

Although I’m based in Paros, Greece, all sessions are offered online, allowing clients to receive support from anywhere in the world.
