REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing Kudalini for your energy healing journey.
Digital Services - No Refunds
All energy healing sessions offered by Kudalini are digital services delivered remotely (distant healing). Once a session has been completed, refunds are not available as the healing work has already been performed.
Before Session Completion
- If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us before the session is completed
- We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date
- Rescheduling is available at no additional cost when requested in advance
Refunds Are Only Provided If:
- We are unable to complete your session due to circumstances on our end
- There is a technical issue that prevents us from delivering your service
- We cancel or reschedule your session
No Refunds After:
- The distant healing session has been completed
- You change your mind after purchasing
