REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Kudalini for your energy healing journey.

Digital Services - No Refunds

All energy healing sessions offered by Kudalini are digital services delivered remotely (distant healing). Once a session has been completed, refunds are not available as the healing work has already been performed.

Before Session Completion

  • If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us before the session is completed
  • We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date
  • Rescheduling is available at no additional cost when requested in advance

Refunds Are Only Provided If:

  • We are unable to complete your session due to circumstances on our end
  • There is a technical issue that prevents us from delivering your service
  • We cancel or reschedule your session

No Refunds After:

  • The distant healing session has been completed
  • You change your mind after purchasing
